PAYMENT POLICIES

By registering and paying for any of our services, you indicate that you are the cardholder of the credit/debit card you provided on the registration form or that the cardholder authorizes you to make this transaction. Also, you permit us to charge the credit/debit card in the total cost (100%) for the services requested, including any taxes and other charges associated with your reservation. Transactions are made through completely secure systems such as Square or Stripe, which guarantee the security of your credit/debit card.

Terms of Payment for Services:

100% of total cost is charged during registering to any of our services (pre-paid) and details of services will be sent to Client via email.

Return Policy

Clients may cancel free of charge:

up to 24 hours in advance (US Mountain Standard Time) before the time of a booked online services (consultations),
after first two classes when they register and pay for online courses (English, IELTS, SAT, GRE)
up to 15 days after they pay for admission packages.

If a client fails to cancel within the allotted time, they will be charged 100% of the payment, including all fees and taxes for all services that they agreed previously by registering and submitting the consent form.

All cancellations are only accepted by email for confirmation purposes.

Disclaimer about Services

All services offered by American Academy Consulting LLC do not guarantee that clients will be admitted to the universities or if clients will be granted with the USA student visas/scholarships. American Academy Consulting LLC provides services to assist clients to apply for admission to universities/colleges only; and does not perform any legal duties or hold any legal responsibilities on behalf of/towards to students/applicants. The decision about clients’ admission into university programs/scholarship programs and awarding study visas are only in a discretion of the universities/colleges and the U.S. Embassies respectfully. This disclaimer is also included into a Consent Form that clients fill out during registration to offered services on American Academy Consulting LLC website. The American Academy Consulting LLC does not hold any legal responsibilities towards clients before or after they arrive to the USA. All legal responsibilities that American Academy Consulting LLC is taking towards the clients will be clearly outlined on the Consent Form, submitted by the Clients during registration/payment for services on the Website. None of other responsibilities are taken by American Academy Consulting LLC. The clients’ all legal responsibilities and decisions about arriving, living and studying in the USA are beyond the American Academy Consulting LLC’s legal jurisdiction.
